This is the first time I have posted a recipe, and it may be the last. Today is Kent’s birthday, so I made the special passion fruit ice cream last night. Man, this stuff is ambrosia of the gods. Kent and I have always loved passion fruit, but all that passion fruit we ate in Bali solidified it as our favorite fruit flavor. If there is anything with passion fruit in it on the menu, one or both of us will be ordering it guaranteed.
Warning: This intense ice cream is not for the faint of palate.
